The Giant Sequoia Lands Coalition (GSLC) Data Portal provides a single point of access to data and information resources to support strategic, science-informed management of giant sequoias at the species range and grove scales.
Materials in the GSLC Data Portal are collaboratively developed and updated by the Coalition’s scientists and grove managers. Key data for assessing grove health and condition are being cataloged, standardized, integrated, and made readily available for collaborative decision-making across jurisdictional boundaries. Many of the resources in the GSLC Data Portal are restricted; to request access please email deanne.dipietro@consbio.org.
The GSLC Data Portal's interactive maps and Scientific Publication Library provide Coalition members access to the latest science informing giant sequoia conservation.
Giant Sequoia Grove Vulnerability Models and Grove Resilience Dashboard combine the latest research science and grove manager knowledge into tools for conservation decision-making.
